8TV | Morning Mandarin News will be airs starting 8th April 2022

PETALING JAYA, 26 March 2022 - Starting 8th April 2022, 8TV will airs a new for news slot which is Morning Mandarin News every weekdays from 9:30 - 9:45am.

This marks as the first in Malaysia to broadcast morning news in Chinese.

Currently, 8TV has a 2 news time slot which is Midday Mandarin News (12:30 - 1:00pm) & Primetime Mandarin News at 8:00 - 9:00pm.

On 8 June 2020, 8TV 8pm news slot was extended from half an hour to 1 hour & combine with NTV7 Mandarin News presenter due to high viewership during MCO.
