Highlights of COVID-19 Press Conference by Health Minister.

Due to increase cases of COVID-19 & Omicron, here are the highlights during press conference by health minister, YB Khairy Jamaluddin.

1. Most COVID-19 patients are in category 1 & 2 (Asymptomatic)

2. Omicron outburst postponed with vaccines and speed-kits

3. Employer encouraged to allow employees to work from home

4. COVID-19 Rapid Response Task-Force (RRTF) to be re-activated

5. Surge in COVID-19 cases not only in Malaysia but also in other countries like Singapore reported 13,000+ last Friday.

6. Senior Citizens & Sinovac takers will not be fully vaccinated without booster dose.
